  • We have over 400 employees and dozens of managers. We now use Call Center Connect for our managers to call in write ups, time off requests, and incident reports. The response time with our HR department has really improved using this tool to improve efficiency. We deal in a cash business and from time to time have shortages. We advertise a toll free call in number which offers a confidential reward to anyone who reports information for our investigation. Call Center Connect takes the calls and does a great job. Their agents are professional, efficient and very responsive with our calls.
