Are the calls recorded?

Yes, we keep them for up to 90 days, both for Quality

Control and references, if needed.

 

Can you connect a call to me?

Yes! If you are driving or busy at the moment and

can't take down the number, it is called patching.

 

How do you deliver messages?

We can deliver your messages any way you would like

via: pager, text message, e-mail, fax, or a direct phone

call to you. You can also call in for your messages.

 

What type of information do you take?

It is tailored to your specific needs. We build our own

script to match exactly how you would want your calls

to be answered.

 

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

 Yes, we accept all major credit cards. However, we do

charge a 3.5% processing fee.
 

 

Do you make appointments?

Of course, doctors, painters, real estate companies,

parties, reservations, virtually any kind of

appointment can be made.

How do you determine pricing?

Billing is minute based but if you can't find a package

that fits your needs we are more than willing to work

with you!

Do you have a referral program?

Yes! We will reward you for referrals that result in a

new account.

What other services do you offer?

We go beyond basic answering services! Our team

handles outbound/lead calls, takes orders, books

appointments, manages reservations and RSVPs, and

even provides alarm monitoring. We’re always happy

to adapt our service to fit your exact needs — we’re

the smile at the end of your line!
